The room was updated and functional with a private terrace and a lovely balcony as expected. Very welcoming and accommodating staff who were always there to help. The location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from Renfe Railway.

Fantastic hotel, updated rooms, the staff were very welcoming. The location was good, at a medium distance from Bullring of Toledo. The restaurant was good with very professional staff, I tried amazing dishes.

It was enjoyable base for summer holidays. The folks working here were very, very nice. The location was great and fantastic, at a moderate distance from a Primate cathedral. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away.

Stunning and marvellous location in Toledo, short walk to Toledo, the main sights and a beautiful garden and dining area with numerous shaded areas and a lovely alcove to one side' a la Marrakesh'. Again, not far from a historic stone gate.

Location: the hotel was very close to a roundabout, town centre and a beautiful garden and dining area with numerous shaded areas and a lovely alcove to one side' a la Marrakesh'. We had early meal in kebab al madina, based nearby.
The staff was incredibly rude.

The units were a nice size and well-appointed with a wonderful patio. The employees are competent and very amiable. The location is ideal, around 10-15 minutes walk from a Roman arch bridge.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Toledo. This hotel was an easy base for summer holidays. The breakfast was fresh and great with a huge variety of goodies. The room was big with fridge for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The location was stunning, very close to an old castle.
